Warranty

Lead time upon receiving order and online payment, our contractors will make a one–time visit to your apartment to take a final measurement. Within two weeks, the order will be delivered and assembled between a day to 5 days depending on the number of items you have purchased.

Installation Policy

All OHANA CONCEPT design-built furniture comes with standard installation of the said furniture purchased.

Delivery Policy

All OHANA CONCEPT design-built furniture comes with single trip delivery service. Delivery timing will be scheduled accordingly with the buyer. If there is any rescheduling of delivery date/time should be done at least 3 days before the stipulated delivery date. There will be an extra charge of $100 if the rescheduling is done 3 days after the stipulated delivery date.

Replacement Policy

OHANA CONCEPT provides quality products crafted by our skilled carpenters and craftsmen. You are guaranteed of the highest quality workmanship. We will do our best to make sure you receive your product in the best condition. If the product is damaged in the course of delivery and installation, the defects will be replaced with no extra charges. There is strictly no refunds, change of model or amendment after confirmation of purchase. Replacement will not be provided if:

  1. Buyer have a change of mind and decide to return the product
  2. Wishes to change the design.

During the day of measurement, modifications can be discussed and finalised. Additional order will be charged but no there will be no refund for reduction of items.

Proper due diligence is still expected of the buyer to purchase OHANA CONCEPT design-built furniture of the right dimensions of the space to the utmost accuracy

12 Months Limited Warranty Policy

Each OHANA CONCEPT design-built furniture has a warranty for a duration of 12 months starting from the date of installation/delivery. The original proof of purchase receipt/invoice should be kept for any repair work. This limited warranty covers the fittings (hinges and drawer slides) only. The limited warranty does not cover wear and tear and improper usage. If service work is carried out during the limited warranty period, there will not be an additional extension of the initial warranty period of the item, and/or the new parts.

Dismantling and Disposal, Electrical and Plumbing Works

We do not provide service to do dismantling and disposal of existing built-in furniture, electrical cabling or plumbing works
